Our Commercial Projects

As well as residential work, I have extensive experience with commercial projects, including three recent commissions in the new Ram Quarter development in Wandsworth. One of these is currently in progress and two have recently been completed. For each project, I supported the clients from the very beginning: helping with early negotiations with the landlords, developing the full design and coordination package, selecting the right tradespeople, and managing the project on site to ensure everything was delivered to a high standard.

Commercial projects often move at a much faster pace due to the pressures of opening a business, so I place a strong emphasis on early coordination, securing planning approvals as early as possible, progressing the design package quickly, and lining up contractors well before construction begins. This approach helps avoid delays, last-minute changes and unexpected costs later on.

Now based in Reigate, Surrey, I’m excited to bring this experience and a thoughtful, design-led approach to commercial projects within the community that Studio M now calls home.
